Adefolashade Fadeyi is a Teen Development Expert, Parent Educator & Strategist with over 15 years of working experience within the teenage ecosystem.

She is a US Certified Girl Empowerment Coach, a CBT Therapist, and an NLP Practitioner. She serves as a Mentor for the Youth Mentor Training and a member of the Faculty of 'Shine From Within' Australia.

She is also a member of the Women Empowering Girls Network (WEGN), Dallas, Texas, USA, and is Certified in Youth First Aid Mental Health USA. She's certified to teach the "Girl Meets World curriculum" of the Girl Leadership USA taught at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls, South Africa.

She is the founder of Brighter Girls Life Initiative and Managing Partner of ADF Coaching and Consulting.

She helps busy parents move from being overwhelmed, guilty, and disconnected to becoming present, active, and connected with their teenagers so they can confidently release them into the next phase of their life. Her tailored strategies and tools allow parents to live their dreams but not leave their children behind.
She consults for organizations that support and nurture teenagers, such as schools, non-profits, or religious organizations.

Her work entails creating systems and safe spaces where teens can develop values, and relevant skills, including life skills, preparing them for a fulfilling life.

She believes that every teenager as a child is unique and carries innate potential and that the teen years are practice years for adulthood, so if teens get and practice the tools they need for life today, they will be equipped to live fulfilling lives as adults.

She believes parents must 'meet their children and create a tailored path to raise and nurture them. My work is to help parents get this done.

She believes everything good happens in a safe space and we owe every child and teenager that safe space to become their most profound potential and dream.
