The Brain & Heart Behind This Program

Hi, I’m Fola,


A teen-development expert and parenting strategist. I am also a CBT therapist, certified NLP and a US-certified girl coach.

In over 15 years of working within the teen ecosystem, I’ve helped thousands of teens find their voice, build their identity and put tools in their hands to help them navigate the adventurous years of adolescence so they can be prepared for the real world through diverse signature programs I run.

I believe the teenage years are practice years for adulthood so the earlier teenagers get the right tools with practice opportunities and supportive adults, the more they are prepared for a happy, fulfilling life as adults.

I know the importance of this first-hand. I was your typical good girl as a teenager. I ticked the boxes of my parents and society, but I got the rude shock of that not being enough in the real
world.

I remember sitting in the Girls Leadership Training in the USA and listening to training on essential life skills such as EI, self-awareness, communication, etc. 


I kept wondering why I was never taught these important tools and had already made life-defining decisions in my career, relationship and building my identity, making avoidable mistakes along the way.


Why didn't my parents or anyone teach me the power of my voice, listening to my emotions, the gift of failing, speaking up for myself or building self-confidence?


Unfortunately, my parents could only give what they had, but life doesn't get that; your decisions whether good or bad, define you.
